Carter joined Oarsman Capital in 2025 and is an Associate Wealth Advisor with LRC Aviation Advisors.
He holds a degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s degree in Real Estate from Fordham University. Carter began his career at Baird, where he supported financial planning, investment operations, and client relationship management.
Carter supports LRC Aviation Advisors' holistic planning and investment process for airline pilots and their families and is currently pursuing the CFP® designation as he builds his career in wealth management.
