Ms. Iseler joined Oarsman Capital, Inc. in 2002 as an Office Manager. Over the years, she has taken on various responsibilities and now serves as the Assistant Compliance Officer and IT/Vendor Coordinator.
Prior to joining the company, Karla was a Residential Program Manager at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She also worked at Pittsburg State University in Kansas and the University of Arizona.
Karla earned a BAA degree in Organizational Communication from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and a MA degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
